Have you seen those other “Web designers” wanting to quote you their price for
producing your Web site by asking YOU
how many Web pages you are going to
need? …and how many pictures or graphics
you are going to have? …and how many
interactive components, “Flash” movies,
and databases you will require? …Huh???
…How are YOU supposed to know? …And what
difference does it make anyway? Are

first place? And what... are they going to charge you differently because you
want 3 pictures on that one page instead of 2? Since they charge by the page,
